We have owned reef tanks for over 15 years. We have done our own servicing as well as used other service technicians. We struggled with equipment failures, high PO4/NO3, fish deaths, coral deaths and bleaching. We considered tearing down the tank because we were so frustrated. We had purchased everything the other tech asked us to buy and still, no success. Then, we met Ryan. He came in and took over. He was SO thorough and detailed. He took apart every part of the tank, cleaned it and put everything back together. He found multiple failures that the previous tech missed. After the first visit, the tank looked better than it had looked in YEARS. We have now been using him for a few months… the tank has exploded with growth! The corals that were on deaths door, now have 30 new heads of growth. The SPS that was bleached and dying, is fluffy, growing super fast. The fish are all super fat and happy. We have ZERO nuisance algae, zero aptasia, zero bubble algae. Our colors are incredible! The sand is perfection. It’s shocking what a massive difference in such a short period of time. We are SO thrilled with Ryan’s service, we have decided to upgrade to a larger system. Ryan has been nothing but professional. He is friendly and kind to our kids and other animals. His pricing is EXTREMELY fair! We are actually saving about 50% compared to the previous service tech who failed to care for our tank in any reasonable way.
